Beacon is an 1:15 train ride from Manhattan, home to numerous galleries, incredible restaurants, the modern art museum Dia:Beacon, and great shops.

For all our NYC friends making the trip, you can take Metro North from Grand Central Station. Call (800) METRO-INFO (1-800-638-7646) for details. Upon arriving in Beacon you can contact West Side Taxi @ 845.831.7373 for a 3 minute cab ride to the store.

Horsie head now available in PINK!

As if you didn’t want one before…

Amanda Visell x Kozik SDCC Exclusive Labbit!

Thursday, July 9th, 2009

We are already depressed about not being able to attend this years San Diego Comic Con, but this just hurts! Check out this amazing Amanda Visell / Frank Kozik / Kidrobot colab!

Amanda Visell takes the iconic Labbit into wild territory with this SDCC Exclusive! This 5-inch woodland creature, the first Labbit designed by an artist other than creator Frank Kozik, roams the forest with an axe in place of his missing ear. After losing his ear to Kozeek, a deranged lumberjack, the Wood Labbit devises a quite appetizing plan for revenge. At only 300 made, the Wood Labbit is super rare and retails for $50.

If you are lucky enough to be attending SDCC this year, don’t miss Visell and Kozik live in person

Signings: Amanda Visell and Frank Kozik will be chopping it up at SDCC in Booth # 4529 on Saturday, July 25th from 1pm-3pm. There will be a limited number of Wood Labbits available for signing.
